Coffee Sorter
Spectrum's Coffee Sorter is a high efficiency compliance with international standards. It can be used for hulling both parchment and dry cherry coffee. The coffee sorter includes a Cross Beater that rotates under a perforated cylinder. This range of huller offers a good performance through individual motor drives. The sorting method is extremely efficient resulting in higher outputs with lower power consumption. The friction between the coffee beans is minimum and therefore there is no loss due to the generation of coffee dust or breakage of beans.
High reliability
Our coffee sorter is equipped with cooling system for longer service life and higher stability. Reliable mechanical structure design, simple and effective electrical and optical system, and optimized system structure greatly improve the reliability of the machine.
Advanced image acquisition and processing system
Our coffee sorter uses high speed linear array CCD image sensor (2048 pixels) and high accuracy lens to realize image acquisition, which can detect 0.04mm2 heterochromatic regions. A specialized image processing system is used for high speed processing of spectral parameters and shape characteristics.
Intelligent image processing algorithm
A intelligent algorithm based on color and shape is adopted, and special processing for yellows, stained, pinpoint blackheads etc. is carried out, thus increasing the accuracy of sorting.
